Parking

Parking is free on weekends in all Smith parking lots, in white lined spaces that do not have meters or are otherwise marked. Here is a handy parking map in .pdf format. All events take place in the Campus Center on Elm Street, number 7 on the parking map. There are limited spots on Elm Street and on side streets. There is a large parking lot on Green Street and a smaller one on College Lane. The parking garage on West Street is also an option. The Campus Center is handicapped accessible.

Lodging

If you need accomodations, there are

• The Clarion Hotel, (413) 586-1211.

Guests should make their own reservations. We have arranged a reduced rate at the Clarion Hotel of $139 per night, plus tax . Call the hotel's Conference Center Reservations Department at (413) 586-1211 by September 1st to get the special rate. Here is a more complete list of Inns, motels, etc.

For restaurants, there are many, many choices. Here are just a few:
