Vertex Transitive Graphs with Neighbor Connectivity One

In this talk we consider conditions under which a vertex transitive
graph becomes disconnected when a vertex and all its immediate neighbors
are removed. More specifically, we discuss a necessary condition phrased
in terms of neighborhoods of the deleted vertex and the stabilizer of a
particular subset of the neighborhoods. This condition is sufficient
for a certain class of vertex transitive graphs to which all cases can
be reduced.
